A cross-regional panel on building equitable, long-term research networks between European and Asian universities. The contribution focused on KMUTT’s cooperation with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) on the EMPM scholarship programme for students from Myanmar — one example of how cross-regional partnerships can sustain access to higher education in fragile contexts while advancing shared priorities across the green transition, digital transformation, and the blue economy.
